Q: How much is a puppy?
A: Puppies are $2,500. A reservation fee of $500 is required to hold your pup and will be deducted from your final balance. The remaining balance is due at time of pick up.
Q: When can I take my puppy home?
A: Puppies are able to go home at age 8 weeks. Never before. It is crucial that they get the proper socialization and care from mom.
Q: If my name comes up on the waiting list and I’m not yet ready for a puppy from that litter, can I still remain on the waiting list?
A: Absolutely! If you get a call and the time is just not right, I will add your name to the list for next litter, however, this will only be done twice.
Q: Do Goldens shed a lot and can I shave them?
A: Goldens shed A LOT, and you should NEVER shave them. Their undercoat is a protector from the elements and you can damage their skin if shaved. If shedding is a major issue, this is not the breed for you!
Q: Can I breed a dog that I get from you?
A: No. All of our puppies come with limited registration, meaning you cannot register a litter from them.
Q: Does my puppy comes with papers?
A: Yes! All puppies come with an AKC registration and microchip. It is not required to register your puppy, but you should remember to at least update the microchip with your information in case of a lost pet.
Q:How do I apply for a puppy?
A: In the “Information” section of our website - you will find a puppy application. When you feel you and your family are ready to bring a new puppy into your life, fill out the application and you will be put on a waiting list after approval.
Q:Can I pay for a higher spot on the waiting list?
A: No. In order to keep everything fair for everyone involved, puppies are first come, first serve.
Q: Will my puppies come with shots?
A: Yes, puppies will have their first rounds of shots and dewormers along with vet appointments. You will be given medical records in your puppy take-home kit :)
